At Tyre Baron, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our quality assurance team is dedicated to checking all items before shipment. Our product quality is guaranteed. If you receive a tyre and you aren't satisfied, you can easily arrange for a refund (exchange isn't offered). You may exercise your right to return the tyre within 7 Days of receiving it. Our Return and Refund Policy is only applicable if the tyres have not been fitted to the vehicle, and the receipt/proof of purchase from the date on which you received them from Tyre Baron must be presented. You will pay a restocking fee of $15 per tyre. This fee covers the shipping.
Refunds will be made within 5 business days into the account you provided. We only offer refunds if you contact/refund the tyre within 5 days of the delivery date. Please ascertain that the tyres are returned unused and in their original packaging with the proof of purchase to be presented. Returns that are not in accordance with our policies will not be accepted, and it will be returned to you. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the return. To protect all our customers and ensure that refunds and returns are handled fairly, there are criteria we follow when reimbursing customers.
